The business card website special includes 1 page of content that shall be supplied by the client. The website special includes 2 domain specific email addresses. If additional pages or email addresses are needed, they can be provided for an additional fee. Once the website is complete and the client has approved of the design, any further work will be billed separately.

Domain Specific Emails

The business card website special includes 2 domain specific emails that can be set up with a program such as Outlook or Thunderbird, incorporated with Gmail, or viewed online via Webmail. Tudux Web Design and Hosting will provide the client with the steps and login credentials for their domain specific emails. If preferred, the emails can instead forward to an email of your choice. it is the clients responsibility to enter the credentials correctly in order to set up their emails.

Client Provided Information

Clients must provide us with clear guidelines along with any specific details they may require. When such details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and design accordingly. At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate the requested changes. Clients must provide the information (text content, images, links, etc..) that they wish to display on their website. If the client does not submit the information that is necessary to complete the website, there will be a delay in completion.

Logo Creation

If the client does not have an existing logo and wishes for Tudux Web Design and Hosting to create a logo for them, a one-time fee of $50 will be accessed. This fee will need to be paid in full before the logo is placed onto the client website. Tudux Web Design and Hosting will make no more than 3 logo variations for the client to choose from for the rate of $50. If the client does not approve of any of the three logo variations provided by Tudux Web Design and Hosting, $25 can be refunded to the client.

Estimated Time of Completion

Tudux Web Design & Hosting will make every effort to complete the project within 1-3 business days. Reasonable delays are accepted if the client has not submitted the information that is necessary to complete the website.

DNS Settings

In order for Tudux Web Design & Hosting to complete your Business Card Website, the DNS settings of any existing domain name will need to be redirected to our name servers. This can be completed by the client or by providing Tudux Web Design & Hosting with the login credentials of their domain registrar. The website design CANNOT commence until the DNS settings have been redirected to our name servers.

Payment

The fee for the Business Card Website is $360. This non-refundable fee of $360 covers the website design and hosting with Tudux Web Design & Hosting for the term of 1 year. At the end of the one year term, if the client wishes to renew services with Tudux Web Design & Hosting, an additional fee of $360 will be required to continue services. This applies to all subsequent years.

Domain Registration

Tudux Web Design and Hosting can provide domain name registration if the client has not already purchased their website domain name. The fee for this service is normally $19.99 per year. This fee is waived for the first year of website service with Tudux Web Design and Hosting, when purchasing the Business Card Website Special. Tudux Web Design and Hosting will offer this service at a reduced rate of $11 per year, as an additional fee to the above mentioned $360, if the client so chooses to extend their service beyond the initial first year.

Responsiveness and Testing

Our websites are generally tested on PCs and include near recent versions of following browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari. The business card website will be made to be responsive, meaning that it will adjust properly whether it is viewed on a pc, tablet or mobile phone. Responsiveness is most generally tested on Android devices.

Website Maintenance

Once the client has approved the initial design, any updates or changes that follow the approval will be billed at an hourly rate. Tudux Web Design and Hosting offers maintenance packages that can save the client money if the need arises.

E-Commerce

While Tudux Web Design and Hosting handles an array of e-commerce websites, the Business Card website special does not include websites that will list products or offer online sales (e-commerce). If the client is in need of such services, they can be provided for an additional fee.
